Our puppies are whelped and raised in our house for the first three weeks, where they are well socialized by us, the grandkids, and family friends. They then become accustomed to outside potty training. (They are not conditioned to do their business in the home.) Our customers appreciate this well when they take a puppy home and don’t have to break their puppy of bad habits. Puppies are fed Eukanuba Large Breed puppy food and should continue on this food at the recommended rate through 24 months of age. They should then be fed Eukanuba Large Breed Adult at the recommended rate throughout their lifespan.

Puppies are:

Registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC)
—Papers at Pickup.

Examined by our Veterinarian and been found in good health
—Papers at pickup.

Come with a health record showing up to date shots and de worming
—Papers at pickup.

Come with a Health Guarantee that requires your Vet examine your
puppy. If any problem is found you may return the puppy and
receive a refund
—Papers at pickup.

Attention:
When you schedule an appointment to visit our puppies, we require that you have not visited another facility within 24-hours. This stipulation protects our puppies from infectious diseases (their immune systems are still developing) and maintains our biosecurity.

Puppies are sold on a first-come/ first-served basis. A non-refundable deposit is required. We accept CASH and CHECKS. Puppy pick is in the order of deposit received; first deposit male, second deposit male, first deposit female, and so on.
Picks begin at six weeks and take home at eight weeks of age.

Puppies are sold with an AKC Limited registration and are not for breeding
purposes.

Final payment at pickup.

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any puppy to any person.
The deposit or payment will be refunded if we decide not to sell the puppy.
